Vermillion High School is a new boarding school dedicated to suit the needs of teenage Vampire and Lycanthrope students based on the more forest-like outskirts of Vermillion City; a city full of adult vampires, normal humans and lycanthrope packs. Whilst this school is brand new and teaches the young vamps and lycanthropes how to control their powers and how to conceal themselves amongst humans, an older school in the city of Torture has been alive and well since it's construction in 2190 catering to the local Normal teens of the city.
The year is now 2285, and still the vampires, lycanthropes and normal people find it hard to cope being around each other. It seems that the Government's ideals of having the three types of human to live peacfully and co-operate is hard and several people refuse to have anything to do with the vamps and lycanthropes and wish that they get put into their own ghetto of sorts, but it seemed that the Vamp-Lycanthrope Government had other ideas...
